This auction is for a 1965 Mustang 2+2 (fastback)
This is your chance to get an affordable fastback. As you can see it needs a lot. Completed cars bring a good price today. Here is a low priced project since this car will require a large amount of metal panel replacement. This auction is fora major project you can tackle over years.
Honey Gold exterior (code C). Door tag is missing. Standard black interior (code 26).
VIN for C-code 2V 289cu in.
Car has no drivetrain. Build what you want.

Manual transmission car, no drivetrain or pedals
Rear axle was replaced with one from a 6 cylinder car. Front suspension remains 5-lug V8.
Front frame and clip is good. Needs passenger area floors, rockers, trunk floor & drop-offs, & maybe wheelhouses. Needs quarter panel, fenders, door shells, and hood. Allare available new.
There is a hole in firewall below brake master cylinder location. As you can see the rear is low since rear frame extensions are completely rotted out and the spring ends actually came loose and up into trunk.
The car was never hit as far as I can tell. It is rusty.
Good door glass and rear glass. Front windshield on car has damage. Another good one is included.
Has 1966 grille for some reason. Power steering parts are on car.
I don't know much about this car other than what you see and what I mention. I purchased the car since it is a fastback but have too many projects.
