On Feb-05-17 at 11:40:50 PST, seller added the following information:

A Battery was used to do some testing.. The top is working, not all the way though,, I think its been quite a while.. it needs oiled up, it runs good but its slow going down all the way, due to not being run in so long . The top will also close but does not close to where the trunk will close by itself but it will open by itself.. again, I believe just needs cleaning and oiling up... The floors are fairly solid, the windows do roll up and down, the blower motor works, headlights work, the engine does not crank.

I sprayed some wd40 on hinges and cylinders, the top will now go all the way down and the trunk will also close ..
