1979 Ford F150 Custom 4x4 351M 4 Speed Manual NP205 Transfer Case No Reserve
1979 Ford F-150 Custom Description
Up for you consideration is my 1979 F 150 Custom 4x4 long bed. It is powered by a 351 M Engine with a 4 Speed MANUAL Transmission with NP205 Transfer Case. I purchased this truck from a man in Idaho a few years back and have been in the process of restoring it. I did use it to haul firewood for my fireplace and take my kids around in the summer. It is a true survivor with minimal rust for an almost 40 year old truck. I hate to see it go but I don't have time to restore it. Listed below are the items and service I have done to the truck2016- New Monroe Gas Magnum shocks all the way aroundReplaced both valve cover gasketsReplaced starterReplaced starter relay mounted on inside front passenger fender Dropped front fuel tank cleaned out and replaced fuel sending unit bought from LMC truckReplaced rubber fuel line on frame rail where front gas tank is mountedPrimed and painted front metal gas tank shield. See photo aboveI have not driven the truck this year since I live in Ohio. I only drove it in the Spring, Summer and Fall. It has never seen snow or road salt since I have owned it and judging by its condition, I'm sure it never saw salt in Idaho. This is a NO RESERVE Auction and the truck is sold as is no warranty.
