Everyone's heard the story a little old lady owned this car and it sat in her garage. This is actually that car! The car was bought originally in 1970 and her and her husband were the second owners. They later divorced and she received the mustang as part of the divorce settlement. The last time the car was on the road, prior to of course now, was around 1992-93. All it took was a new battery, fuel pump, brake lines, cap/rotor, plugs and oil change and the car runs and drives great. The car was always garaged and covered, and it really shows. We have all her documentation including a photo copy of the original title. Aside from one re-spray in the 80, a new set of wheel, and a radiator the car is original. No major parts ever replaced! The options included a 289 2BBL, automatic trans, floor console, headrests, power steering and fog lights. It also has the turn signals in the hood which seems to be a crowd favorite! The amazing thing about this car is even all the interior lights work. It still has the original a.m. radio and there have been no holes cut in the rear for speakers. The floors do have some surface rust but absolutely no holes. This is a rare opportunity to own an original raven black on black 1968 Mustang fastback. This car makes an amazing canvas for anybody who wants to restore to showroom new or build there dream car.
