1967 Ford F-100 Description

1967 Ford F-100 302 2bbl Automatic & dual exhaust 05/23/17

I purchased this truck 5 years ago via EBAY from a gentleman in West Virginia who restored this truck, and stated it was originally from Texas. Except for a small repair in the drivers' floor (see picture), there were no rust repair issues when I purchased it, and there are none now.

The following was done at the restoration according to the previous owner:

All brake springs, hoses and associated power drum brake parts were replaced, as well as front end parts (king pins, tie rod ends, bushings, etc). The bed was sprayed with Rhino-lining.

The 302 was rebuilt and a rebuilt transmission was installed. Radiator was replaced. Seat was redone, firewall pad and mats were replaced, as were nearly all rubber/sweeps, except the quarter window rubber. Door weatherstrips are soft and pliable, and the doors close like they should. Heater core and blower motor were replaced, as were all the switches.

The windshield was replaced. The rest of the glass is original, and new rubber gaskets were installed for front and back glass. New chrome rims and Hankook tires were fitted.

The following was done by me:

I converted to front disc brakes last year with front suspension/brake parts from a 1979 Ford so parts are easy to get. I also rebuilt the transmission last November and can provide the receipt from the local shop that did it.

All lights, gauges and horn work, but the speaker in the dash is shot, so I never use the stereo. The heater controls work, as does the defroster. The signal stalk is firm, and cancels properly. The steering wheel is original with cracks at the hub. The dashpad is cracked at the speaker grill (see picture), and the seat has two holes from having a screwdriver in the rear pants pocket.

The chrome rims are in very good condition with pitting on one rim, and the Hankook tires have plenty of tread. The heavy tailgate is as beefy as they come and opens and locks like new. I re-sprayed the tailgate with Rhino-liner because it had peeled.

The heavy steel rear bumper is aftermarket. I have receipts totaling $3410 plus for the motor, tires, and rhino-liner from the previous owner that go with the truck. My receipt for the front end conversion totaling over $3200 is also available. I have it professionally maintained at a local shop, and it is well cared for. It was recently detailed by the same shop.

The truck drives and brakes as it should, and power steering also behaves as it should. It starts every time, and has never overheated on me. The exhaust system has surface rust, and one muffler has a small perforation.

On May-25-17 at 09:29:27 PDT, seller added the following information:

The truck does have power brakes and steering, and hoses and belts are in good condition. The odometer had 49,476 miles when I purchased it, and now has almost 73,000.The exhaust system is older and was not replaced by the previous owner.
The restoration performed by the previous owner was done in stages as the receipt for the Rhino is dated 2003, the engine receipt is dated 2006, and wheels/tires receipt is dated 2003. The aftermarket bumper was installed by previous owner.
The paint did have chips in various areas that were touched up recently when I had it detailed, so it is not considered 'show'. Email any questions.Thank you!
