1965 Ford Ranchero Custom Description

I am selling from my collection a beautifully restored 1965 Ford Ranchero!
I have sold other cars out of my collections with 100% positive feedback with only happy buyers and successful transactions. This is a Private Party sell. This is a Reserve Auction.
This is a very rare - letter A vin # car witch designates V8-4barrell Premium carb. It also has the rare 4-spd Manuel #'s matching!
This is the 2nd Generation of Ford Ranchero's and64'-65' are very rare years as this was the only two years of this particular body style. It was a shared platform with the also rare Ford Falcon. In fact most parts are found by using the name Falcon Ranchero.
After this each new generation of Ranchero's got larger and larger, sharing platforms with Ford's larger cars. Many collectors prefer these smaller bodied Ranchero's especially the 64'-65's.
1965 was also the first year Ford switched to an Alternator from a Generator system. 1965 also marked the first year Ford switched from a 260 V8 to the 289-V8.
This car has been restored to be better than original in many ways. It has a beautiful Candy apple red with a metallic Gold stripe. A very stunning combination! It also has custom plush new upholstery which is much more comfortable and inviting than the original vinyl. The pickup bed was also sprayed with a line type material to make it useful and more durable.
It was also upgraded substantially with a custom built, H.O. V8-302 ENGINE. I do have the complete Number's matching 289-V8 to go along with it - every part right down to the factory air cleaner is included! (Crated-see pictures)
There is also a Hurst 4-spd upgrade shifter with much more positive shifting than the original factory setup. Original shifter is also included!

1965 Ford Ranchero with a little over 75000 MILES showing on the odometer. It has been restored so actual drivetrain mileage is LESS THAN 5000 miles. The condition speaks for itself, INSPECTIONS WELCOME during auction. The pictures speak volumes as I tried to showcase those areas where any wear could exist.IF you would like additional pictures feel free to contact me for specific shots.
