1970 Ford F-100 CUSTOM Description

Selling my swb! This pickup is built extremely well and is a solid hot rod through and through...an absolute head turner and it gets thumbs up everywhere! This thing has an outstanding ride as well! you can drive it everywhere in rain or shine, it's a joy to cruise around town or down the freeway without the deafening noise or get on it to hear and feel it's full potential with lots of horsepower. It corners on railswith the IFS andpower steering, and the allaround disc brakes stop it on a dime. Its a modern ride and feel withthe cool classic look with 22/55air-conditioning ;) its been driven in 90 degrees weather and the temperature gage never got over 190, even in stop and go traffic. The bottom side has been undercoated with a rubberized spray, the frame I did in Pur 15.This was originally a long box that I shortened the frame and bed on and blended the patina'd paint into. The frame is straight and square, boxed in where I Z'd it for shortening in front of the rear end. I also have a lot more pics and a few videos I can send by text or email
Engine: 416FE stroker
390 block, .30 over, machined oil ports, melling high volume oil pump, 428 1U crank balanced to external balancing, Ross XL forged pistons 10:1 comp, ARP main, rod, and head bolts, Lunati solid lifter street strip cam, Ported C6AE heads with larger stainless valves and comp roller valve train, ARP oil pump driveshaft, Full msd 6al ignition with rev limiter, edelbrock intake, Jetted 600 holley double pumper, polished aluminum water pump, headers with 4" dumps in front of rear end.
Transmission: Newly built C6 with stage 2 valve body that has a few aftermarket goodies in it. Intermediate drum has been machined out to fit 6 clutch discs. Red discs with black Kevlar plates and band. I also put the moredesirableK body servo in it, 2500 Stall converter and B&M mega shifter.
Suspension and running gear: 2004 Crown Victoria IFS With disc brakes and Detroit Lowering springs
Ford 8.8" with Trac Loc rearend, new 3:55 gears and disc brakes with new 31 spline axles.
Driveline Services driveshaft.
