Fully Restored 1959 Ford Fairlane 2- Door Hard Top V8 292 C.I. Automatic 2- SP. Aluminum Case

California car, fully restored from bumper to bumper, a very long list of an extensive restoration process. No rust. Clean title with original California black plates and current tags. Everyday driven, fully functional, no bugs. Very fuel efficient with a two- barrel carburetor. Plenty of power for this type of car. It's a joy to ride. It drives great on the street and on the highway.

Below is a detailed list of the items that have been restored on this vehicle:

1. Complete motor overhaul
2.Complete automatic transmission overhaul
3.Complete front suspension inspection, lubed and overhaul (that means new upper and lower control arm bushings). Including bolt joints, steering components and stabilizer bar bushings.
4.New starter
5.New radiator and water hoses
6.Front wheel new bearings and seals
7.Rear end inspection, change of seals and new gear oil
8.Four wheel new brake cylinders, new brake shoe components, new brake master cylinder, and four new brake drums
9.Drive shaft, new universal joints
10.Complete new dual 2 ¼ exhaust pipe muffler system with nice chrome tips
11.17 inch factory steel black rims with new Rapid 215/55 zr17 tires
12.Fuel tank and fuel lines were flushed and restored, including new electric fuel pump system
13.Thermo insulation under the ceiling for heat protection for passengers
14.New rear glass rubber seals that had to be replaced when ceiling upholstery was done
15.All four window elevator mechanism was completely restored, including felt channels on the tracks, weather stripping on front doors and on rear window quarter panels, including anti-rust coating on the inside of the two front doors and rear window quarter panels
16.All door handles were furnished with new door knobs
17.Electrical system was redone
18.Radio speakers all around, and speaker wires are ready to be hooked up
19.It has original AM radio, but is not functional
20.Heater blower works
21.Headlamp lighting system was improved with two relays to operate high and low beams for a more efficient system
22.Tail lights and reverse lights were modified with new LED light system, including new tail light lenses
