THIS IS RELIST BECAUSE PRIOR BIDDER DID NOT PAY. Please do not bid if you are not serious. Thank you.
No reserve! Bidding starts at $6000.00.
I'm selling for my father, who is retiring and wants to sell to reduce his number of cars.
Wheels are from an early 90's Mustang, so some people think this is a 1992 or so - it's not.
NEW Michelin Tires - 16"wheels.
New brakes. New center headlights.
New Flowmaster exhaust system.
Power windows all work - new switch control and all new window motors.
Convertible top is not original - replaced by previous owner (glass back window - no plastic). Convertible top fully functional and motor works. Have the matching convertible cover although not shown in pictures. I've put the top up and down several times.
Engine runs great - starts every time! It is STOCK. NO LEAKS. Routine maintenance completed.
Automatic transmission w/ OD, shifts perfectly.
Novelty item: My father installed a wolf-whistle horn on the car with a button under driver's dash. Funny! Stock horn works and is connected as it should be.
I just had interior professionally detailed. The seats are in perfect condition. Everything looks pretty good. My father installed a CD player/ radio (pioneer). It has a remote control.
This car in in great condition for being 28 years old. There is NO RUST.
Also: as noted above in listing - the rear bumper was broken along the bottom edge by the transportation company as they backed it off their truck when car was purchased several years ago. PLEASE look at the pictures. Considering that it's damaged it really does not look that bad up close. Apparently the entire rear bumper is readily available online.
The air conditioning needs a charge - not blowing cold. I cannot guarantee it, but it appears to have been upgraded to new ac system.
The prior owner repainted car the stock color. It has never been in an accident. The paint job is "ok".
This is not a show car, but it's in great shape for its age.
Thanks for looking. Please ask me any questions and I will respond quickly.
Buyer is responsible for picking up vehicle and/or making transportation arrangements. I will be happy to work with an auto transport company if buyer makes arrangements.
