I wire wheeled and flap disc a couple of the other frames and put POR 15 on them. They all still had a rough finish, scaling. This frame is clean and smooth, if I took a scrub pad to it I could get it like brand new steel. You can see that there is still green paint on the dump frame unit. I was told that they don't use salt in the area of Canada that this truck came from. Might be a reason, it also sat in a barn for the 35 years prior to my purchase in 2016.
I have a Hot Rod 1956 Chevy Pickup that is all done and I get more compliments and thumbs up with this truck.
