When this car was restored I built a nice driver not a show queen. The body was removed from the frame and patch panels were not required, this is a solid car. The transmission was rebuilt as was the motor. The motor is not numbers matching but was built to 428 specs. I used Ford factory high performance exhaust manifolds for the dual exhaust. Edelbrock performance series 750 cfm carburetor, MSD ignition, and MSD aluminum billet distributor were all installed. The motor has flat top pistons bringing the compression to 10.1 to 1. I left the interior original where I could, the driver's side seat has a hole in it and the passenger's side door panel is separating. I installed new carpet and head liner but it is wrinkled in the rear. The trunk has not had the trunk kit installed. This car has been driven less than ten thousand miles since its restoration but it does havenumerous paint chips, I have approximately a pint of the original paint to go with this car. The dealer installed air conditioner is functional but needs charged and a hose replaced. The bumpers could be rechromed. There is a sun bleached area on the carpet on the passengers side. I have included pictures of the truck which had much of the original splatter paint from the factory until I washed the car for the photos and I did not realize the trunk seal was leaking, a few days later I popped open the trunk and saw surface rust. I sanded the trunk pan down to show that this car is not rusty. This car starts and runs great.True mileage is unknown.
