1969 Ford F-250 Camper Special
1969 Ford F-250 Camper Special Description
Up for sale is a 1969 Ford F-250 Camper Special. It has a 390 4V engine and C6 automatic transmission. Runs and drives good. The 390 was freshened up with new stock cam, lifters, push rods, timing chain and gears, oil pump, and all new gaskets. It was changed from its original 2V intake to a 4V S code intake. Carb is a 600 Holley with manual choke. New radiator and hoses, new water pump and thermostat. The C6 was serviced with new fluid and filter. New battery. The body is all original, it has various dings, dents, and scratches throughout giving it nice patina look. There is very little rust on the truck. A small spot on one cab corner and a little by the driver side lower cowl. Floors are solid. Frame is great. It has power steering, power front disc and rear drum brakes. Original A/C truck, it is all hooked up and will engage but will probably need new seals and charged before functional. Heater core is not hooked up. Head lights, tail lights, turns, flashers, and brake light are all functional. Radio works but only on AM. The seat is obviously not original but is in very good shape (just the wrong color). The dash is very nice, fuel and temp gauge, and speedo work correctly. The stock oil gauge is not working. The truck runs good and shifts smooth. Tires are in fair shape, exhaust is stock style and in good shape. All glass is good. Please look over the pictures and ask any questions before bidding or making an offer. I can help with delivery within a couple hundred miles for a fee. The truck is sold as is with no warranties implied. It is listed for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction at any time for any reason. Questions can be sent by email, phone, or text 765-376-3486 Thanks for looking and happy bidding!!!
