For sale is my 92 Taurus, SHO, 5-speed, after almost 25 years of ownership. This car has been pampered. It has never seen winter roads, has been garage kept, and is in excellent condition. It was filled with Ethanol-free, 100% gasoline during winter storage.
I’ve owned it since it came off lease back in 1994. Some of the more significant maintenance items are as follows:

I left out oil and filter changes, but they were done regularly.
As you can see when something was needed it was fixed. This car needs nothing, everything on the car works great. I've had questions about the 60K valve adjustment, but it's never been done and it still runs fine. I need to check into this to determine how important it is.
The old stock radio I removed doesn’t work, but will be included. I bought a Lincoln radio to replace it, but found out the numbers were green instead of aqua. I will include this too. I think you will like the aftermarket radio I put in, as shown.
The climate control has been upgraded to the newer style with the solid buttons. The earlier ones had the thin plastic buttons that split over time. Let me know if you want the old one.
You’re likely here because you already know about the SHO so I won’t go into the specs. This is the more rare and more fun 5-speed. The blue color is also rare. It is likely to only go up in value.
Here is why it is up for sale:
We have had everyday transportation cars. (Sometimes called “Daily drivers” or “Winter beaters”) and we have our pleasure vehicles. These pleasure vehicles last a long time when kept out of the winter weather and inside, out of the sun. With our latest pleasure vehicle purchase, they are adding up, and we don’t have enough garage space to keep our daily drivers inside now. My SHO seems to be the one driven the least, so that’s why it is up for sale. I do at least burn a tank of gas through it every summer to keep it fresh, but that’s been about it lately.
I have it listed for sale locally, so I reserve the right to remove it from the eBay auction at any time for any reason.
We are located in North-East Ohio, near the intersection of routes 322 and 44 and it is available for local pick-up only.
Email if you have any questions.
Let the pictures speak for themselves, but, if after looking at it in person, it is not what you expected from the description, I will refund your deposit and cancel the transaction, so bid with confidence!
