1964 Ford Fairlane 500 Description

PRICE NEGOTIABLE This car has been baking soda blasted down to the bare metal. It has been repainted with the factory color code "Y" and restored the interior with remanufactured interior. This car has no permanent mods done to it. The body is unmolested with the original sheet metal. The only repaired metal is under the heater core on the passenger floor pan from a previous owner from the heater core leaking and went unrepaired. Here is a list of stuff that has been done beyond the paint and interior. Installed power steering from a 64 Donor Fairlane. The front end has been completely rebuilt and powder coated. Installed air conditioning from another 64 donor car. The tag on the inside unit matches the build date IB TGE door tag. The compressor under the hood is a knock off (very light weight) and all new lines. Since everything has been rebuilt, the system has only had 134A put in it. It blows air cold. The C4 transmission has been professionally rebuilt in a shop that specializes in C4 rebuilds and has a shift kit installed. The engine has been removed. This is the original block. The lower half of the block was rebuilt by a previous owner. The cylinder walls were correct specs and no ring grooves or ridges. For the top half there was a mild cam, new hydraulic lifters, springs, oil pump, timing chain and water pump. There is also a 4100 autolite carb, pertronix flame thrower electronic distributor and Hipo exhaust system. At the back you can hear the flow master mufflers. The rear end is the factory "8" 3.00 ratio stock. Axles were removed, new seals and bearings. In the picture you will see Torque Thrust Rims I also have the factory steel wheels and hubcaps and tires. It is stored in my garage and it is climate controlled with heat and AC. This car is a show winner and has won many awards. The car came from the Carolinas and has never been driven in the snow. CALL ME AT 724-766-1100 WITH ANY QUESTIONS
