1977 Ford F-150 Custm Description

This is my Gentleman Driver All factory original paint and panels. I purchased this in 2008 from the original owner who used it to tow his camper between NC and Tenn ranch. I have the original buyers order, odometer statement, warranty card, BOS and owners manual. Some of the original factory markings such as the M on the firewall still exist. The prior owner assured me of the original mileage as he showed me pics of his ranch truck used for working the fields. He ordered the truck with the 351 stick option and immediately removed the small block and installed a 390ci dual quad motor with 390GT heads and a 428ci crankshaft .30 over making it a 416ci torque monster. A true truck engine with a solid lift camshaft. In 2010 I pulled the motor and had Jeff Lawrence Racing, an expert in FE performance, rebuild and dyno the motor making 436hp and 501 torque. I have the dyno sheet as well. Everything was replaced. Custom pistons all bearings complete heads etc. I also replaced the complete clutch assembly with a HD pressure plate and disc at that time. This work was performed at 42,000 miles approx. This truck is a time capsule and has only been taken out of my garage on fair weather days to enjoy. For a 40 year old truck the single stage paint shows very well with a beautiful shine. There aren't any dings or dents on any panel. You will find road chips from highway travel but otherwise she is magnificent. She drives like a new truck. No rattles no squeaks. Shift points are tight and steering is very responsive. This truck needs NOTHING!I installed a Pioneer am/fm Sirius stereo with pioneer speakers and a single 12" sub behind the seat. Sounds great. There's a small tear on the original seat cover on drivers side on a seam but can't bring myself to replace it.I own a collection of 1960's Ford Muscle cars and I'm beyond crazy with maintenance. My wife and I are downsizing this coming spring now that that children have moved on and won't have the room for this old girl. I've been struggling with letting her go, but for the right owner will bring nothing but compliments and joy.
