Wow what a unique Falcon! This 1962 Ford Falcon station wagon is a factory four speed on the floor car, one of just two two-door station wagons built with the Dagenham transmission built for the 1962 model yr. Built in July of 1961 in San Jose CA and was restored in 1999-2000. The original colors were Sandshell Beige paint with Beige western Steer vinyl Interior. According to the second owner and a FCA report from the time, it is one of only two 1962 two door wagons built with the 4speed Dagenham transmission. It was used by FoMoCo as a transmission test vehicle prior to being released for delivery in San Francisco. The original owner kept the car until 1995 when it was sold to the second owner in Lawn-dale California. He began a thorough restoration and also changed the colors to Corinthian white with Rangoon Red Interior . It was sold again in 2002 to a owner in Jobstown PA. We obtain the car from the fourth owner in NJ.
