1925 Ford Model T Touring Description

Have owned this Model T for over 10 years. It was purchased from a ranch in mountainous terrain. It was purpose-built for such terrain with heavy duty components.
Upgraded to 12-volt electrical system. Ignition points, coil, starter and generator upgraded appropriately. All lights work.

The engine was rebuilt and balanced circa 2013 by a local gentleman that professionally restores vintage vehicles. Very little time / mileage on the new drivetrain.
Two-speed Ruckstell gearbox provides high and low ranges. This transmission was freshened up at the same time as the engine, along with a new clutch. It has the optional larger metal wheels for tackling almost any on-road or off-road conditions. Has been stored inside and driven around the block yearly.
The "convertible" top is in good condition as well. The outer cover could stand to be replaced.
Clear title in-hand. Original VIN tag was missing. The confidential VIN was verified as clear, not stolen, and in good standing. After the verification, the California Highway Patrol issued and attached a new VIN tag. It is seldom driven, so the DMV registration status is "non-operational" at this time to suspend fees.

The paint shows well. It is definitely seasoned, but still polishes up nicely for events. It comes equipped with the usual chips, scratches, and overall patina collected from decades of use.
