Selling a 1932 Ford Deluxe Roadster. An Early V8 Club Car from Texas...featured in the 1978 V8 Times, that eventually made it's way to Nevada. Great Hot Rod!1940 NOS Ford Flathead Block with NOS Canadian Aluminum heads, Eddie Meyer Water Heated Intake, Stromberg 97 Carburetors mated to a 1939 Ford Transmission and stock rear end. Stock suspension. Motor and transmission expertly built by National Record Holder Rick Schnell.....famous for Ford Flatheads. 1940 Ford Hydraulic Brakes installed with the correct Early V8 Garage kit. Chopped windshield with Lakes Tarp and an original LeBaron Bonney Interior, with a 1940 Ford Standard Steering Wheel. Early Instrument Panel with Original Stewart Warner Curved Glass Gauges and an Original (Teens) Cadillac Hand Fuel Pump and Gauge. 40 Spoke 16 inch Kelsey Hayes Wire Wheels with 7.50 and 6.00 Firestone black wall tires..the center caps are original 1934 V8 Caps restored. We tried to stay true to a prewar build with the execution. Originally a 4 cylinder with a rumble seat (we left the grab bars) .... we upgraded to the infamous flathead, left the cowl lights and installed a St. Christopher medal and an Early Ford Dealer Tag to the dash. Accessory Headlights, single taillight, 25 louvered hood sides with single hood latches, cloth wrapped wiring, and headers with open exhaust, etc. The model was the Pete Henderson Roadster that ran that famous quarter mile with the quarter horse in the 40's, that just sold for $190k+!
