Thank you for taking a look at our immaculate 1914 Ford Model T C-Cab Depot Delivery. This Model T is in excellent running condition and is ready for a museum, personal collection or driving in parades. We believe it could be the best example of a "C Cab" Model T in the world.
Originally sold as a chassis only, this 1914 Ford had a custom "C Cab" body built for it. While we're unsure of it's original use, a previous owner used it to market their California based business (as mentioned when it was featured in the December, 2000 issue of Cars & Parts magazine). This Model T truly is museum ready. With little to no rust, even surface rust, this Model T has been well maintained, in climate controlled storage as part of a private collection, for over a decade! The wood is near perfect and needs no attention. Mechanically,everything works as it should and is ready to go. The brass radiator and lamps are in nice shape and show very well with a few minor flaws.
The craftsmanship of this custom body is truly remarkable and it's amazing to think this was possible more than 100 years ago! These cars were built to be rolling works of art fortheir owners, who used them to transport their goods. Please take a look at the photos below of this magnificent Brass Era Ford.
