This beautiful 1938 Ford Convertible Pick-up was custom built in North Carolina about 10 years ago. The custom paint scheme of non metallic pale yellow against metallic gray fenders and running boards, along with Von Dutch inspired maroon and gray pin striping is truly stunning. It has 15" black steel wheels with chrome trim rings and Ford baby moons. The bench seat for two is trimmed in pleated gray leather. It has a floor mounted Lokar shifter, a few all in one gauges and a remote control stereo. The dash is trimmed in Birds eye maple and the maple extends to the floor of its six and a half foot bed, tying it all together. Under the hood is a warmly modified 302 with Edelbrock carb, intake and shorty style headers. C4 three speed automatic with Flowmaster Hushpower mufflers and octagonal-shaped stainless steel tips. A gloss black frame, Mustang II rack and pinion steering with a 9" Ford rear end has a four bar link rear suspension with fully adjustable coil-over shocks. When you remove the custom fabric roof, this truck turns every head it passes!
