1964 Ford Falcon Description

You are bidding on a 1964 Ford Falcon altered wheelbase Gasser, front end moved forward 5in. with a speedway straight axle with leafs done by North County Spring with disc brakes and drum in rear. Skinny 3in rims in front with 15x6in on rear with rare Halibrand mags I do have the center caps for the Halibrands but I keep them off because it looks like the way they ran them in the 60's at Lion's Drag Strip and OCIR. Motor is a 289 ci. with a nice cam which seems like everybody hears it running they ask if it's a big block that's how great it sounds with the Flow Masters 40 series. Trans is a C4 with a shift kit newly rebuilt and it is a fast Gasser. The car is 54 years old and does have some rust but nothing real bad at all. A few blisters on rear fender well area but like I said nothing bad and not through the metal. Part of the front floors had been patched and done really good, nothing to worry about. The only thing I would get is a carpet kit but the carpet in is good. Lot's of new parts, I do have a new bezel for the dash but not installed yet, lights and turn signals, brakes and wind shield wipers and horn work as they should. Daily driver runs great even down the freeway. Don't really want to sell it, I've been driving Gasser's for at least 40 years and don't really drive anything else. So bid to win, this is a great running and driving street Gasser, it will burn the tires down the street but don't really like doing that, but I know what it will do. Really a attention getter at any car show or even just driving around town, always thumbs up when people see it. The only thing that doesn't go with the car is the front plate, that's for our local cruise nights. I just hand the windows tinted Green by Mr. Tint which is the best around. Also slightly tinted the head lights as well but not enough to where you can't drive at night. I have a lot more money in this Gasser. Bid to WIN...

Thank you for all the emails on the interest of this Gasser. I will be home tomorrow been working all week, so for the guys that want a video of the car running, I will send it tomorrow. And for the guys or group of Gasser's in New York area, shipping is probably around $1,000 to $1,200 open trailer, but check around like a site (U-Ship) could be a little cheaper. I am thinking about some of the other trades and cash deals as well. Again thanks for looking.
