Made available for purchase, is a 1932 Ford 3 Window Coupe directly out of Frank Currie's very own private collection.

The story of this car has been well documented in the pages of Rod & Custom and Street Rodder magazine. Frank Currie found the body of the 32 in his hometown of Anaheim, CA. It had been sitting behind a home for over 30 years and the city was demanding the homeowner move the vehicles. Frank swooped up the body and started working on it from there.
After picking up the car, Frank had his long time friend, and fellow SoCal hot rod legend Dan Fink to do all the metal work. Dan chopped the top, filled the room, fabricated the aluminum hood, and hand fabricated the grill. Once all the metal work was done, the all steel body was painted DuPont '84 Ferrari Red and Phil Wetstone laid the flames and pin stripes. Other notable body mods include Deitz headlights, So-Cal Speed shop mirrors and a Rock Valley polished stainless tank.
Frank Currie was all about horsepower. The motor is a 514 SVO Ford Racing big block that makes 670 hp and 600 lb-ft of torque. Details include 9.8:1 TRW pistons, .647 inch lift roller cam, Ford Cobra heads that were polished and reworked and are 72cc, and valves that measure 2.20 inches intake, and 1.76 inches on the exhaust. The intake was handmade, and the electronic fuel injection system was done by BDS in Whittier, CA whom also tuned the car. Ignition is MSD. The exhaust and headers were made custom by Rod Sexton and are completely jet hot ceramic coated.
The Transmission is a Ford AOD that was modified by Frank's buddy and Socal legend Art Carr. Has a 2500 stall converter. The driveshaft was custom built by Inland Empire Driveline and is polished aluminum.
The chassis was made by Total Cost Involved (TCI). It has coil over, and 4 link suspension, that has been all polished and chromed. Brakes are polished Wilwood Engineering calipers with 12" cross drilled and slotted rotors. Steering is a TCI rack and pinion.Wheels are 16x7 and 17x8 polished 2 piece Budnik Muroc wheels, with BFG Radial TA tires, 225/50/16 front and 255/60/17 rears.
The rearend is of course a Currie Enterprises 9", and is a polished aluminum housing, 31 spline axles, and a 4.11 Tru-trac polished aluminum 3rd member.
The interior was completely done in camel colored leather with tan wool carpet, and wrapped by Gabe of Gabe's Custom Interiors in Bloomington, CA. Seats were sourcedfrom Glide Engineering, steering column from Ididit, steering wheel from Budnik, with all other small parts from SoCal Speed Shop. Dash cluster was custom made by Haney's, with a spot milled insert and Westach gauges. The interior is cooled thanks to Vintage Air, and is also equippedwith a stereo.
After Frank's passing, the 32 was passed down to Frank's son John Currie, who still runs Currie Enterprises with his brothers Ray and Charlie. The 32 has been on display in the Currie Enterprises showroom in Corona, CA for most of 2018, and was recently driven, and fully detailed. Car is ready for a new owner / collector.
