1931 Ford Model A Description

This is a 1931 Ford steel body 5 window Coupe TOTAL PROJECT. With a clear 1931 Oklahoma tag, title, and plate. This car comes "as is" so look at the pictures and ask any and all questions prior to bidding. Body is there with trunk and both doors. The roof is one big hole because they were wood and fabric back then so you can do it as original or weld a steel roof on it like I was going to do (I was told that the top of a 1980 Chevy Suburban fits well, but I don't know). All of the frame work, dropped axle with radius rods in the front end, the rearend is a 8.8 with a 3.73 gear / limited slip out of a 94 Ford Explorer, ladder traction bars in the back, and suspension has ALL been mocked up ONLY. EVERYTHING is held together by a simple tac if at that even. Alloy rims are ford bolt pattern. Just to be even more clear the rims are all just on there with one lugnut, and the tires are used but hold air, the trans is held up by a chain, the engine mounts are welded in just for transport, brake calipers and all bolts are hand tight. However the metal on this car is very solid PERFECT PROJECT CANDIDATE - and if there is a spot that needs replacing then just look at my pictures of all the trim and patch panels that come with the car. Everything in the pictures comes with the car and I will do my best to list everything here. Most of these parts are new or barely used. I have both sides of the hood as pictured, grill, aluminum radiator, aluminum RCI fuel cell, ceramic coated headers, trim pictured for front and rear windows, patch panels, steering box, and 2 rear fiberglass fenders. Parts in picture in boxes are 2- GE 6014 headlight bulbs, 2- chrome 7" headlights, 2- tail lights with red lens, chrome steering column, exhaust gaskets, valve cover gaskets, chrome wire holders, 24" Double D steering shaft, gearhead U joint, Grant steering wheel installation kit, Accel new wires, chrome gas cap, 2- 7/16 bolt brake hoses, used aluminum fan, brake spacers, tabs, rod end bolt kit, door locks?, new seals, header bolts, and dust caps all new in boxes. This is one HUGE project that unfortunately I am not going to be able to complete. The drivetrain came with the car when I purchased it many years ago. The motor is a Chevy 350ci. block # GM10066036 I was told that it was rebuilt along with the trans when purchased- but I personally would not believe any of that and go over the entire drivetrain anyway- so the motor and trans are listed as is because they both could be blown for all I know. I never cared because I was planning on putting a big block in it anyway- I never planned on using this drivetrain. Transmission is TH400 and the rearend is a ford 8.8.
