1957 Ford Other Description

This is a 57 Ford F100 that I am selling for a friend. this pickup can be driven while you fix it u, The paint job is an older 20 footer, it has rub marks, scratches, chips. It has ghost flames, the engine starts right up and sounds great, the solid lifters in these y-blocks did have their own sound. the drivetrain appears to be original 1957. no history on the engine. it is a 3 on the tree. it has no major oil leaks, it does drip a little. it has good oil pressure. The body is straight on the outside, I don't see any signs of major or bad body work, this truck appears to be cancer free, it has been painted long enough that if there were problemsI think they would be showing, the door sills have rust pitting but no rot out. the glass is old, the windshield is not broke, the front and back windshield gaskets are new, the door weather strips are new, the drivers door has had new window channels the passengers door has not, the seat is original. the filler neck hole has been filled with the intention of moving the tank underneath, consequently the fill spout is in the cab at this time. the tires are approximately60 percent front and 20 percent back . the exhaust is recent, and sounds good. too sum it up, this a 70 year old truck with a newer paint job that you can drive as is and tinker with it if that is your desire. Feel free to email any questions. If you wish to contact the owner Dan, the number is 541 519 5963. We would like a 500.00 paypal deposit, balance to be paid by wire transfer, cash or cashiers check with U.S. funds and it must clear. Shipping is up to the buyer, we will help get it loaded when the driver shows up. this truck has no warranty, as is where is. Thanks for looking
