Every blemish on the car is shown close-up and in direct sunlight. -... The Nightmist Blue Metallic is a respray of the correct color. It’s a ten footer; up close there is some dust underneath the paint, which gives it a little bit of texture under direct light, and there are also a number of chips. Please defer to the video for a good look at all these blemishes. - Glass and light lenses are all clear and crack-free. - White powered convertible top is in great shape and functions properly. - Polished Cragar wheels are in great shape, with no damage or oxidation. Bridgestone tires are modern and in OK shape; rear tires have 85% tread, fronts are more like 50%. The car will also come the original wheels, a set of four with hubcaps. - Chrome is also excellent throughout, with minimal oxidation. Rear bumper is pushed in slightly to the driver’s side of center. - The car will also come with a front spoiler, a black plastic lip that sits under the front bumper. Interior: - Interior is quite possibly the highlight of the car. Original two tone blue vinyl presents very well. There is one small tear on the outer bolster of the passenger’s seat, but aside from that, very little for signs of wear. No significant scuffs, scratches, or signs of wear. The backseat is in nice shape as well, though the light blue middle seat in the rear does show a little bit of discoloration. - Lower portion of the dash is excellent, the top of the dash pad has cracking in the center. No radio. Gauges are functional. Five digit odometer reads 16905, and we cannot be sure of true original mileage. - Boot cover is in nice shape, with no tears. Fits well, buttons up with ease. - Door panels are in nice shape, though the passenger’s dark blue portion is coming apart a bit. Under the Hood / Underbody: - C-code 289ci 4.7L V8. The car runs very well and sounds fantastic. It starts first turn without fail, idles cool and steady, and pulls hard through the gears without the slightest but of hesitation. Shifts are nice and smooth, much like the power delivery. There is, however, one on-road tendency to be aware of. This car has a power steering rack in it, but no power steering components. Because of this, it feel like manual steering but has significant play to it. It is definitely driveable as it sits, but this is something that should be ironed out in order to make this a truly awesome driver. - Please take a good look through the underbody photos, as the underbody is covered in detail. There is one spot that isn’t so pretty, on the passenger side forward corner of the floor. There is a rust spot there that is making its way from the floor to the frame rail. As it sits, this car is a strong runner with somewhat tired cosmetics. With a little bit of attention, this could be an excellent driver.
