1974 Ford F-100 F100 Ranger 4x4 Short Bed Description

1974 F100 4x4 Ranger Short Bed390 4v Engine and 4-SpeedNew Interior UpholsteryClassic Paint Job!4" Rancho LiftPS PB MT

1974 F100 Ranger 4x4 short wide bed pickup truck. Pre-smog year for California, Oregon, and other states. This is a tough truck featuring a 1967 performance 390 4v engine, ARB air lockers over factory Nodular case 9" axles, on-board ARB compressor, Rancho Suspensions 4" pro spring lift and shocks; just the right height. 4-speed manual transmission, power steering, power disc brakes. Classic finned aluminum wheels, very nice Toyo Open Country tires. Brakes are sound, steering is sound, transfer case and 4x4 work as they should.
Pretty darned straight truck overall wearing what I believe to be an original dealer (or conversion) Midwestern paint package with vintage patina... Doesn't get much cooler... you don't find survivors like this often.
The interior was completely removed, the inside of cab professionally repainted including dash, the dash pad dyed, dash inserts painted, gauge bezel detailed, cluster lens polished, new carpet, new door panels, new Ranger XLT headliner, new Ranger XLT seat upholstery, new back glass and gasket, pedals and shift arms painted, knobs detailed, more.
Factory chrome Sport bumpers are still in good condition. The grill surround is very nice, the grills and headlamp bezels repainted and nice. The inside of the pickup bed is currently in survivor condition; surface rust only. I can make it look brand-new with a spray-in Raptor bed liner for $600.00 more if you wish. No current obvious exterior rust issues, no floor rust or cab corner issues presenting. There could be rust low behind the bottom trim, but if so it's covered up and not obvious. Door bottoms and other rust-prone areas look very solid. Tailgate has been repainted, and there are minor touch-ups here and there... mostly I left it as original as possible as it's just too darned cool to repaint.

Awesome patina survivor exterior, beautiful newly-restored interior... very cool truck. Turn-key runner and driver, clear title in hand. $13,500.00 is the money. Please feel free to call Tim at 360-936-9257 with any questions you may have.
While the truck is sound and ready to enjoy, please keep in mind that it is a 45-year-old vehicle, and a vintage classic... it is NOT perfect, not fully restored, nor fully mechanically rebuilt. These older trucks are primitive compared to a new or contemporary vehicle. Expect minor issues now or later that you would associate with a classic vehicle of this era. Sold exactly as-is, no warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied.
Please be prepared to remit payment in full within 3 days via deposit into my Bank of America account, Bank wire transfer, or cash.
The truck is located at my shop in Vancouver, WA 98661. I can assist in coordinating affordable transportation if that helps.
