1964 Ford F-100 Description

Here is my 1964 Ford F100. It is time to part ways with this truck that has many hours and lots of money invested into. This truck started as a low mile barn find that was located in the Anza-Borrego Desert. The engine was shot so I had it completely rebuilt from the bottom to top. New everything. Completely rebuilt Transmission & Rear end. All new brakes and hardware. Once the truck was running perfect (Daily driver conditions) I decided to have a local shop Suburban Speed Shop completely chop the frame and build a 1 off triangulated 4-link rear suspension and put this girl on air ride. Many months later we had this truck sitting right and looking beautiful.
Exterior condition:
This truck is rocking the original paint all around, the body is very straight and there is no rust on the entire truck except the drip rails on the roof of the cab. There are no dents on this truck.
The paint has a very nice patina!
Interior:
The interior was gone through and I had the front seat rebuilt and reupholstered. Entire cab is insulated with Dyna-Matt. (expensive) New Carpet, New Retro-Sound stereo, Kenwood Speakers, Rebuilt steering column, All new gauges. Gas tank was removed and completely cleaned out and coated on the inside.
Powertrain:
All original Ford 292 that was completely rebuilt. Ford Crank, Rods & Pistons. Hot Rods Cam, Billet timing gear and heavy duty chain, New Heads, New Valves and Valve springs. Heads were built by HDS. New Holley 4 Barrel Carburetor, Long tube headers. Custom wiring & wire tuck by Suburban Speed Shop. MSD coil, New Distributor. New Radiator, New Water pump. Trans Rebuild, Rear end rebuild. Engine build alone was $8500
Custom Exhaust Built by Warners Muffler.
Suspension:
$5500 Custom fabricated rear frame notch and triangulated 4-link rear suspension on air ride by Suburban Speed Shop.
Nostalgia Sid's Front 3" Lowering kit (3" Drop axle, New Tie Rods, Rebuilt King Pin Assembly)
Copper Air Lines, Tank, Solenoids and wiring + install $1500
Original wheels on the truck with newer tires.
This truck drives great, you can jump in this truck and drive as far as you want. Runs very cool temp gauge never passes 160-170. Starts right up every time. My goal with this truck was to have something that I can jump in and drive and not worry about having any issues. This is my baby and I built this truck for myself but its time to move on to new things.
I hope this truck will go to someone that will appreciate it as much as i do.
Please feel free to message me with questions.
Need to sell to fund other things. Possibly open to trades.
Thanks
- Alex
