1993 Ford Mustang LX Description

You are bidding on a 1993 Mustang Hatch project, with clean Florida title. I truly hate to sell, but unfortunately just don't have time to finish.
The car truly has the best of everything, and no corners have been cut. The fab work on the car is all extremely well done, and promises zero disappointments to the buyer. The attention to detail is super nice on this car.
The rear chassis is set up with JRC Racing fully adjustable lower torque boxes, & Lyons Racing fully adjustable upper torque boxes. They are multi-holed for a ton of suspension tuning. Both upper & lower boxes still have a stock location as well. The upper & lower torque boxes are tied into the full cage.
Rear suspension is setup with a Team Z coilover mount, that is fully tied into cage. Coilovers not included.
The custom bent full cage is tig welded DOM mild steel, and fits the car beautifully, not like an afterthought that many cages are. The door bars are the only bars not not tigged in. They are notched & ready to weld, but I left them unwelded so I wouldn't have to climb over the door bars while finishing the build.
The car has thru floor subframe connectors, that the cage is completely tied into. The main hoop & a-pillar bars weld to custom outriggers, that are completely tied into the plated rockers & subframe connectors. Much stronger than just doing floor plates.
The entire engine bay has been completely smoothed in EVERY way possible. If you're familiar with fox bodies, you know they have a zillion holes everywhere under the hood. Everything has been welded & smoothed in the front subframe & firewall.
New smooth aprons were installed, as well as a new core support. This was not done because the car was hit, only to give a perfect finished product.
The front subframe rails were completely welded smooth. New 1/8" steel tops were welded tothe front rails, to give a sturdy base for the front cage bars to tie into.
The car is set-up for SBF, and custommotor plate mounts & mid plate mounts are tigged in place. Of course, you could put any other motor in by simply relocating the motor plate tabs. The underhood is still in bare steel, & looks amazing & clean. No motor is included.
The firewall is shaved of all A/C & heater box holes. Also the master cylinder has been shaved from firewall. The brake pedal is now a cage mounted, reverse hidden Wilwood brake pedal. Pedal assembly mounted to cage dash bar, & is hidden when dash is installed. The Wilwoodpedal assembly is included, you will only need to buy the dual Wilwood master cylinders.
The dash is a Motor City Solutions glass dash, fully removable. It mounts with dzus fasteners, & all installation fab work is done. The gauge panel is custom mounted to the dash bar. So when you remove the dash, the gauges stay in place. WAY cleaner than having to unplug gauges to remove dash. No gauges are included.
The body is SUPER solid. It's a zero rust car! It is a sunroof car. PLEASE NOTE! The car includes NO glass sunroof.

The car comes as you see it pictured. It is obviously not on wheels, & has no suspension, motor, or transmission included. The car includes the custom built rolling cart in the pictures. So the buyer must be prepared to trailer the car from Ft Myers Florida.
The auction includes:
  • The shell as you see in the pictures. The doors are manual roll up windows, not electric
  • New Boss cowl hood you see in pictures
  • Rear plastic interior panels. Dark gray in color, I planned to die black if I finished car
  • 2 new Kirkey aluminum drag seats, with custom modded Racecraft floor mounts & custom back braces that bolt seat back to cage seat bar
  • Motor City Solutions glass dash, installed with dzus fasteners
  • New Wilwood cage mounted brake pedal, installed on custom mount to cage dash bar
