The motor is blueprinted/balanced, Keith Black pistons/rings bearings, crank shaft is balanced, aluminum 202 heads, 294 roller cam, 900 FITech fuel injection, stainless headers, (dynoed for 8 hours ran 385 horses easy, have an hour long VIDEO of her running at speed). Ignition/ distributor computer tuned, So your turn key ready to go.. NEW stainless steel long tube headers Tom’s Bronco Parts specials, NEW Hi-Torque starter. From FItech fuel injection plant back are ALL new aircraft, aluminum fittings and stainless steel braided fuel lines and NEW high pressure FiTech electric fuel pump and high velocity fuel filter. New Plenum side draft air cleaner for low profile hood clearance, with NEW Spectre horn filter. NEW Hi-torque starter, all new aluminum pullies,!
Completely rebuilt, and warrantied, Foxfire, C4 automatic, 2300 stall speed converter with aluminum deep sump pan & NEW pressure cap fluid dipstick assembly. Rebuilt Dana 20 transfercase, two re-tubed and completely new constant velocity joints and bears in these drive shafts. ALL body/frame/wishbone arms/transfercase/stabilizer bars HAVE NEW neoprene bushings with all grade 8 bolds & nuts. NEW Tom’s Bronco Parts Twin stick transfercase shifters. WARRENTIES are limited to the Suppliers of products ONLY.
Frame was sandblasted, examined/ground/welded and sanded, sprayed three coats of chassis black.
Front to rear, disc brakes all new, with drilled/slotted rotors, zinc plated. Housings were boiled and sandblasted then all new seals and bearings and NEW stainless brake line on housings with long stainless brakelines to frame.
Ford 9” rear end has all NEW DISC brakes, bushings/bearings/ seals, Yukon 31 spline hi-tuff axles, 411 gears with locker. NEW yoke, and new 3rd. member/bearing caps, etc..
Dana 44 disc brake front end has NEW Power Loc posiTraction 31 spline chromoly axles all new from hub to hub. Completely rebuilt power steering box by BenchWorks. This series two has the Heim Jointed ties rod assembly/ heavy duty stabilizer bar with large bushings and stout steering stabilizer shock, from Tom’s Bronco Parts!
3. 5" lift suspension, ( long NEW coils that are progressive and NEW rear leaf springs and bushings) all new hoop double shocks, new 23 gallon powder coated fuel tank, NEW sender, all new stainless braided fuel lines. New 15” x 8, American Racing wheels and New 33 x 12.50 BFG All Terrain tires.
