1992 Ford Mustang LX Summertime Edition Description

Rare (stock never raced) Clean great running 1992 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 5-speed convertible Summertime collectors edition. This is a rare find due to the history and condition of this Fox Body Mustang. These year model's were great years for performance enthusiasts because the stock 5.0 engine came with forged pistons. Most of these cars were highly modified to achieve substantial performance gains. This car was bought from a collector several years ago by a friend of mine. She drove it as her daily driver for several years. I bought it from her to do a resto-mod but have decided I don't have time to complete the process. These cars are very popular and hard to find in this condition. The only performance modification was a set of Flowmaster mufflers which give this Mustang that great throaty 5.0 sound. Engine runs great and doesn't use or leak oil. The air conditioning does not work (believe it needs a new compressor). The front fenders have rust on them ($150 each on amazon) and the rear bumper cover needs paint. With paint and interior work this is easily a $20,000 car.
