1985 Mustang GT Convertible New Engine, B&M Bump Shifter, Fast Solid Car, 38K Mi
1985 Ford Mustang GT Description
1985 Mustang GT. Garage Kept. Rust Free. Smoke Free. New Engine, New Transmission (4 Speed Automatic with B&M Bump Shifter and Shift Kit), BBK Cold Air Intake. MSD Ignition. New Tires, New Weld Racing Wheels and Brakes. New Carpet, New Seats, New Top....the list goes on and on.The Top is the Cloth Top with a glass rear window and inside headliner. Not the cheap top. Nothing put onto or into this car is cheap. If I were going to do anything at all to this car, I would do a repaint. The paint is recent and looks good, not as good as it could be, it's not perfect. For a car of this caliber, I would repaint it and take a little more time with it. Like New Car for all intents and purposes.

Everything works on this car with the exception of the Cruise Control; it wasn't hooked back up. As far as I know, it's operational, just disconnected. Pioneer Super Tuner AM/FM Cassette, would have been right for this cars era.
Bear in mind that this is a not a new car. Although it is an exceptional car, it is used. No car is 100% perfect....this one is pretty close. Anyone can nit pick a car.
I had 100% feedback until a guy out of Florida bought a 2001 4x4 Blazer with only 108k miles on it for $1500. Drove it all the way from Columbus, GA. to Cape Coral, Florida......about 900 miles. It had new Goodyear Wrangler tires, brakes and alignment. Nice Blazer, was my daily driver....nothing wrong with it. He complained three weeks later that the radio knob would occasionally come off....come on, really! A drop of super glue would have taken care of that. He was weird and I knew it from the start. He left me the only negative feedback I have ever had and I have sold cars, boats, trucks and Harley's on here.
If you want an absolutely perfect car, buy a new one. If you want a car that's like new, solid and a classic, check this one out. They're not making these anymore.
This car runs, drives and handles amazingingly. 0 body roll in curves, corners like it's on rails. The Convertible Top is New and is automatic (push button); works as it should. Has a dust cover for the top when it's down. The dash, door panels, seats and carpet are all like new. This car has 38,000 miles on it with a New Engine and New Transmission. The tires, wheels and brakes are all new. The hoses, belt and lines are all new. New Aluminum Radiator, Belt, Fan and Water Pump. New AC Compressor, New Alternator. This car is exceptionally clean inside, out and underneath.Headers with true dual exhaust. Not loud at all but you can denfinietly hear the power it harnesses. This car can be driven daily. It has a highway gear. It will get down the highway with a quickness too. It runs 2000 RPM's at 65 mph. Fuel mileage is surprinsingly good. The AC blows cold, the heat blows hot. The power windows work as they should. Tilt wheel. New guages.
This car belonged to a man that passed. It was his baby. He kept it garaged. Took it to some car shows. His family kept it in the garage after he passed and covered it. A friend of his, a woman (50 years old) knew about the car and persuaded the family to sell it to her. I purchased it from her. I'm 57 years old, so the car has been adult driven. She decided it was time to pass it on.
I searched a long time before I found this car. I have 3 Mustangs and now I need to sell one of them. I do not want to let this car go. This car can be driven anywhere. It can be a daily driver. It's an awesome car to drive. The feeling it gives me when I drive it is priceless. I get compliments and questions everytime I take it out.
This car is only going to go up in value as time passes, no doubt about that. Spend the money on a new car and watch it depreciate as the the miles rack up on it and the time passes. With this car, as time passes, it only increases in value. This car needs nothing but someone to drive it and take care of it.
I am listing this car and a 2003 modified Mustang GT I have. If the 03 GT sells before this one does, I am taking this one off the market and putting it back in the garage. If it's on eBay it's still for sale.
Good luck. If you want any more pictures or have any questions, feel free to ask. Christopher 706 575 5457.
All of these pictures were taken just as the car is daily. I did not wash it, nor detail it. As a matter of fact, I had been out driving it all day last week when I took these pictures. It looks even better when it's cleaned up.No leaks whatsoever. Nothing to hide on this car.
You will not be disappointed with this car. I guarantee it!!!!!
