1966 Ford Galaxie 500 Hugh Laurie's car Description

For sale Hollywood actor Hugh Laurie's(Dr. House) '66 Ford Galaxie 500 convertible. I do have the supporting documentation to prove it.

Since I acquired the car I've spent a good amount of time and money to make this already awesome car even better.

The car is in very good condition.
18k miles on the working odometer.
390 big block, 3 speed automatic transmission that shifts great.
Factory AC car.

Power steering.

Power front disc brakes.

I just had the AC retrofitted and serviced with R134 refrigerant. Now it blows cold.
Power top works great, new white convertible top with glass rear window. Comes with matching white tonneau cover.

The body and paint is in nice condition. Good chrome and bright work throughout the car.
Good body gaps, no rust or accidents.
Solid frame and floors.
The paint shines nice, however it does have a few small imperfections. Please watch the inspection videos as reference.

The interior is nice and tidy. No wear on the seats. Carpet is like new.

Re upholstered the 2 piece dashboard, perfect color match to the rest of the interior.

All the lights, horn, speedometer, turn signals work great.
There's a modern blutooth stereo hidden in the glove box compartment. New speakers all around, a small amplifier and a small subwoofer are tastefully installed in the trunk.

Original radio is still in its place.

Comes with all the records, factory spare wheel with good tire and floor jack.

Recent work done to the car:

New white convertible top with glass rear window.
Full tune up with new spark plugs,spark plug wires,distributor cap and rotor,fuel and oil filters, oils changed, AC retrofitted, new wheel bearings, tie rod ends, transmission mount, differential flushed, new valve cover gaskets.
New hankook Optima white wall tires
