1973 Ford F-100 XLT Description

This is a 95% Original (NEVER ANY RUST)1973 Ford F-100 390 w/factory air (scarce) that has been completely restored to like new condition to include the engine compartment, bed, interior, and exterior. The bed, front clip, doors and windows were taken off for the restoration. The cab was not removed as it was in great shape. The engine that had around 80,000 miles on it was COMPLETELY rebuilt although it ran fine before the rebuild. The only major things that needed to be replaced in the engine compartmentwere the compressor for the A/C and the heater coil under the dash (pain in the butt to replace). They are now both new, as well as the water pump, fuel pump, alternator, and probably a few other items I've missed. It also has a new Holly 4BBL on top of the engine (not original). The engine compartment, interior, frame, door jams and everything else was completely repainted. The frame was painted with POR-15 and then a light coat of satin black. The exterior was painted, wet sanded and buffed to a mirror shine. All the trim on the truck is original. The dash is original and is in GREAT shape. The interior has a new steering wheel, and new guage trim. All the gauges (except for the speedometer) are original. I have the original speedo and it will come with the truck. The radio is the original one that came with the truck AND IT WORKS (after $370 at the repair shop!)! Everything on the truck works as it should. This truck has been used by other Ford truck restorers as a guide for correctness. I have countless pictures of the original engine compartment and other areas of the truck before and after restoration and paint. These come with the truck. I have some paperwork on the truck back to 1984. In 1995 the truck was put in storage with approx 79,000 original miles on it with 100-200 miles per yearput on it while in storage to keep it running until I purchases it in 2015. Everything was completed on the restoration in 2018. There has been 2710 miles put on the truck since completion. I am 95% sure that this truck was purchased in Shelby N.C. and never left until I purchased it. The truck also comes with a very nice full truck cover, a full set of manuals specifically for the 73 and a set of tools used to remove panels, trim, etc. If you need other pics, I have more (could only put 24 on Ebay). I have over $25,000 in receipts for the restoration that comes with everything else. This is the 8th restoration I've done (AND IS THE LAST, TOO OLD). If you have questions please ask. Please do not bid unless you are serious and GOOD LUCK!!!!

P.S. I would consider this truck to be one of the nicest drivers in the country and with a little more time and money could be a CONCOURS truck. As is, it should take 1st in any local shows!
