Being all original with a very straight body, this was the perfect candidate for this restoration project! Both the original 289ci V8 and C4 Automatic Transmission have been pulled for a complete overhaul service! This entailed all new gaskets, new polished heads, new air filter, new alternator, new thermostat, new water pump, new power steering belt, new spark plugs, fresh oil, etc! Mechanically, this 65' is top notch and is a very reliable driver! A Holly 4 Barrel Carburetor and Holly Intake give this Mustang the power it deserves! A fresh coat of Candy Apple Red paint was put on with dual white stripes across the car! You will see the precision body work for the side scoops and hood, and come to appreciate the attention to detail! This is a very high quality job that will immediately grab the attention of onlookers at your next show! The undercarriage is incredibly clean and rust free! The entire interior is essentially brand new! Dressed in a GT Pony Interior, with brand new Pony seats, carpet kit, door panels, wood grain steering wheel, new instrument cluster, new glove box, new door handles, and so much more!
