From a time when rocket styling, generous bright work, and honeycomb grilles were the rage, this pristine Ranchero 66b Custom 300 is one of only 8,479 ever produced.

A solid California car that was brought to Asotin, Washington during a move, the previous owner began the restoration 30 years ago and it was never completed. My partner and I purchased this vehicle as a lot, along with 2 1958 Ford Sunliner convertibles and a lifetime collection of 1958 Ford parts.

Since we purchased this vehicle it has received a meticulous frame off, nut and bolt restoration. No expense was spared bringing this lovely car back to better than new condition. This vehicle is numbers matching, original color, original interior, flawlessly restored, in number one condition, fresh and never driven.

Body: frame off quality restoration in original black and blue, completely disassembled and prepared one panel at a time, meticulously refinished and fitted (160 hours were spent on the inside of the pickup box alone)

Engine: fresh original 292 cu in bored .060 with a mild cam, Thunderbird 4bbl. intake, Thunderbird cast iron exhaust manifolds, new 600 holley 4bbl. New free flow exhaust

Transmission: fresh ford-o-matic automatic transmission, column shift

Glass: all new glass with new run channels

Rear differential: 9” Ford in 3.56 ratio

Power steering and drum brakes

Suspension: All suspension and chassis completely restored

Tires, your choice: Bias ply Sears tires still bearing the original stickers with wide whitewalls, stock wheels, and “dog dish” hubcaps or

Luxor wire wheels (true knock offs) with 14” whitewall tires

Reproduction factory type interior, with new carpet, door panels, seat and headliner in original colors

with an upgraded factory type stereo
