1932 Ford Dearborn Deuce Roadster
1932 Ford Roadster Description
This is a very nice, all steel 1932 Ford Dearborn Deuce Roadster. For those who might not be familiar with this replica IMHO it is the best 32 replica available, the steel construction is like a new car with no rattling, bolt on firewall and dash for example. What really sets the Dearborn apart are a few things. First the easily dropped convertible top which is hidden by the opening cover behind the seat. Then there are the power windows which fit well and make inclement weather less of a challenge. Before someone decides to make an issue of it as in the past, Yes, this car was sold by CoPart close to a year ago in lightly damaged condition with a salvage title. After a few months of reconstruction it now has a clean bill of health and a standard NYS transferable registration/title with the same vin number it was born with. The damage was limited to a little sheet metal around the mirrors and 1/2 hood, bent headlights, broken windshield, front suspension and lots of scratches. There is a small mark on the top but insignificant in my opinion. There was absolutely no frame or significant body damage. I have receipts for all the suspension parts replaced as they were from SoCal as were the originals. At the same time all of the suspension bushings were replaced while things were apart. The 32 is powered by a fuel injected LS engine, 4L60E automatic to a Strange 9" rear with posi. The car has AC, Heat, Heated Seats, PB, PW, PL(remote), a remote trunk and battery shut off along with Cruise, Tilt, full gauges, Stereo and Amp in the trunk with remote control. The bottom of the car is as nice as the top as can be seen in the photos. Proceeds from this sale will be going to various veteran support groups such as the Gary Senise Foundation, Semper Fi Fund, USO, PVA, DAV, Toys for Tots, the Dana Point Fifth Marine Support Group just to name a few. This is a cash sale, our vets need our support so bid high and often. Thanks to those who helped with this project vets and otherwise and special thanks to out friend Scott who did all the metal, body and paint work you see here. As always, absolutely no test pilots. Don't need a review class in that department. Thanks
