1965 Ford Mustang Description

I have a decent 1965 mustang that has all of the GT appearance upgrades, it has a nice 9" rearend already installed and the car is in decent shape. Here are the facts that I know about the car. The vin is 5F07A336637 which is on the title, stamped on the fender aprons and matches the door tag. This shows that the car came from the factory as a 289 4V 4 speed car. The car now has a V8 engine 289/302 (I've not looked into which it is) and a C4 automatic transmission that is mated to a nice 9 inch rearend. This engine in the car now has a brand new holley 600 cfm reman 4 barrel carb mated to an aluminum 4 barrel intake. The car has someCobra finned aluminum valve covers on it to make it look a little better. The body is banged up with minor rust on the quarters, very small rust in the corners of the doors and a few bubbles on the lower fenders. All of these panels are repairable if someone wants to work them. The inner structure is nice as are the frame rails, floor pans, trunk pans etc. At some time in the past it appears that someone has replaced some of the front frame rails by looking at the lower frame to floor pan welds, but everything is functional as it should be. This car does still have appear to have the factory floor pans, factory doors, most of the factory quarters (1 appears to have been patched with a patch panel), factory fenders, stock hood witha 69hood scoop with the turn signals in it. I have added a set of 98 mustang gt wheels all the way around, it has a matching set of 245-45-17 inch tires, 2 are brand new with stickers, the other 2 are 85%. All of the interior is there and isn't in terrible shape, it would need carpet and a dash pad to be pretty nice again and the drivers side seat back frame has an issue. This car has been sitting for approximately 10 years, I have recently putthis car on the liftto start preparing it to get ready to run again. So far I dropped the oil pan, added a new screen, new oil pan gasket, new oil pan, new oil and filter, new spark plugs, new spark plug wires and a new starter. I installed some 1998 mustang gt wheels with 2 nice tires and 2 brand new matching tires, a brand new gas tank with sending unit, a new carb, new fuel filter and fuel lines, ordered a new set of Equus gauges and slid them in a new stock replacement 66 cluster, (speedo, oil pressure, volt gauge and fuel gauge). The engine fires up and sounds great, it will drive onto a car trailer but the automatic transmission appears to have issues once you try to drive the car. I have not serviced the transmission at all other than putting fluid into it. I also added a new set of Halogen bulb updated headlamps, a new set of taillight lenses and chrome trim, I added a brand new headlamp switch, a new key switch and a new dimmer switch. I did do new front brake lines, new wheel cylinders, new brake hoses on the drum brakes on the car to get it driveable..This car doescome withthe original style GT brakesfor the front, but they aren't installed. It appears to have the larger gt style sway bar as well, and it has the gt style tie downs on the rear frame rails. I have a clean clear South Carolina title in hand ready to transfer. I encourage any persons interested in this car to research it, make sure it is what you want and make sure you want the car before you bid on it. I can possibly get other pictures of this car if desired, but I work out of town and have limited time in my shop to access it.
