1964 Ford Falcon Station Wagon Original Unrestored Survivor
1964 Ford Falcon Description
This is a true survivor 1964 Falcon wagon with 91,920 original miles. I purchased the Falcon from the original owner's family in 2016. The car was purchased new in El Paso, TX. It saw regular use until 1974 when it was stored away in the garage where it remained until 2016 when they offered it for sale. The car is 100% original paint with the exception of the reproduction gas cap that was color matched to the car. It still has the yellow paint inspection stampings on the fender jambs. The paint would buff up nicely, but I've chosen to leave it as is. There isZERO RUSTanywhere on this car. There is a crease on the passenger door as shown in photos. There are also numerous nicks, scratches, etc as you would expect on a 55 year old original paint car. Interior is all original, including the original vinyl flooring. Seats are free of rips or damage, as are the door panels, dash pad, etc. The car runs and drives very nicely and has been my daily driver the past 3 summers. It has the original 170 6 cyl. motor and 3 speed column shift transmission. I had the car shipped to me here in Illinois. I replaced the fuel tank, rebuilt the carb, replaced the wheel cylinders and tires and put it back on the road. It's a fun car to enjoy as is, but would also be a great candidate for updating drivetrain, brakes and suspension. People love this car and it draws a crowd everywhere I go with it. The car has a clear Illinois title in my name. Winning bidder to make $250 non-refundable deposit via PayPal within 24 hours of auction ending.
