1978 Ford F-250 Custom Trim Package Description

Up for sale is an awesome pickup truck that I am selling at a deep deep discount. My starting bid is a small fraction of what this truck is worth. My daughter is getting married in a couple weeks, so I need to sell this vehicle. Here is the story behind it...
I bought the vehicle on eBay about 5 years ago.I then took it to a couple of mechanics here in Atlanta and did the following upgrades:
  • Added Air Conditioning
  • New Holley Street Avenger Carburator
  • New cylinder heads.
  • New exhaust system
  • Sandblasted and repainted the original frame.
  • New brakes.
  • New water pump.
  • New alternator.
  • New starter
  • New oil pump.
  • New solenoid.
  • New battery
  • New distributor.
  • New gasket set.
In addition to everything listed above, there are at least a dozen other engine upgrades/replacements. I basically made the engine like-new, with tons of upgrades.
Then I did some minor body work, and repainted the back half of the truck - where it needed it. I then had a custom detail person paint the black stripes you see in these pictures. I also re-carpeted the interior and repainted the interior.
The truck sounds incredible with the new exhaust system.
All of these upgrades cost tens of thousands of dollars. I know I can't recover all the money I have in the truck (or even close to it) but it has been worth it to have my dream ride for 5 years.
I have copies of all the receipts for all the work done on the truck. In my opinion, it is truly a classic at this point. Please feel free to come take a look at it if you are anywhere near Atlanta. Because this vehicle is in Georgia, where a title is not required for classic vehicles, this truck is being sold with a Bill of Sale. That is the way that I purchased it on eBay. I still have the original bill of sale from the person I bought it from on eBay.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions. I consider this to be a great opportunity for someone who wants to own a classic truck.
