1956 Ford F-100 Pro Street Pickup
This pickup was originally a drag truck which was built to show truck condition. It was entered in to multiple car shows and received many trophies. Currently not running as I was adding and converting the front of the motor as seen in pictures to a March Performance upgrade serpentine belt system with power steering pump, a/c, and electric water pump. Unfortunately I do not have time to finish this project and would like to pass it on to someone else to enjoy.
What needs to be finished by the Buyer is installing the radiator, a/c condenser, Camaro power steering box, and radiator hoses.
Body and paint car show condition as seen in pictures
Specs (I am sure I am leaving things out, just too many to list):
* Truck currently has a 1980's Camaro front clip welded in with an all steel front flip nose as seen in pictures.
* Ford 460 big block with C6 automatic transmission with a Ford 9" rear end that is spooled. I have a used posi rear differential that will come with the truck.
*Rear tires Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro size 29" x 15.5" x 15" LT* Front tires Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro size 26" x 7.5" x 15" LT* Rims are Weld polished aluminum as seen in pictures*Electric actuator flip nose with keyless remote* Power cowl vent
* Electric fuel pump with filter mounted on back frame* Poly fuel tank* Custom leather interior with new Audi power seats* RetroSound radio with internal power amplifier with remote control and lighted speaker* 2013 Lincoln LED console with Ford F150 shifter with lighted gear selector - all parts are brand new* Custom cherry wood bed with battery mounted in bed and polished aluminum gas filler door* The only fiberglass on this truck are the front and rear roll pans, everything else is all steel* Power front disc brakes and rear drum brakes with adjustable proportioning valve
Now, what needs to be finished to make this the perfect Bad Ass truck for the enthusiast:1. Remove the old manual steering box and install used Camaro power steering box and hoses to new pump which is already mounted on motor, as seen in pictures2. Fabricate and install Champion polished aluminum radiator with polished electric fan shroud with two 12" electric fans3. Air conditioner condenser and lines to compressor on motor4. What I was going to install is the a/c box under the seat so lines would need to be run to that, but you might chose to purchase a Vintage Air under dash unit5. Stainless steel radiator upper and lower hoses6. Wiring of electric choke
Because of this list I would not recommend running the truck right now but it will turn over to startAll steering components are still connected and intact so truck will roll and steer
