We are pleased to offer this 1940 Ford Coupe for sale. This is a very well-built car and not the thrown-together amateur job we typically see. It is a fantastic-driving car and is very comfortable and easy to drive. The paint and body are very nice and look just as nice in person or nicer than they do in the photos. The car also has excellent gaps which we don't often see on these cars. The car is fitted with power brakes with Mustang II disk brakes on the front. The front suspension has been updated to independent using Mustang II suspension. The car has also been updated with power rack-and-pinion steering. The rear axle has also been updated with a Ford 9-inch. The engine is Chevrolet 350 and runs very strong and sounds great. The transmission is a Chevrolet Turboglide 350 and shifts perfectly. The car runs very strong and is very capable with this setup. The interior is all fully restored and is nice and comfortable. The steering column is also updated and adjustable. Air conditioning has been installed and works perfectly. You will see a small monitor mounted on the passenger side headliner. This is for a reverse-camera system that is installed in the car and can easily be removed if one wishes. This is an awesome car that is well built and ready to go.
