Are you ready to build your own Gen-1 Mustang? Well here is your chance. This Mustang GT coupe is ready to be that car. Ready to be built to your delight. A “Stang” with an unique drive train that can “Look like the Titled Mustang GT, but be more powerful. This GT is one of the originals, built in April 1965 (first month for GTs) and is somewhat rare. A GT, automatic with factory front bench seat.The Mustang is ready to be completed as its 3rd re-built (original vehicle, 1st re-built in 92/93, 2nd re-built in 2004/05 utilizing a 1966 chassis for the GT and now it is ready to be completed as the 3rd re-built). Rebuilt in Jul 2004 by Chesapeake Transmission, 6-cyl. Transmission rebuilt to use with8-cylinder, performance kit installed

Driveshaft: by Accubilt (Salisbury, Md)

Rear end: 1965 Ford 8-inch, (WCZ-E 2.80), rebuilt by Drive Train Specialists – 3.55:1 Locker

Rims: Chrome reverse rims

Tires: BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires


Sheet metal & frame replacement :

May 2005 Work done, Cut & replace front left rail section, Install radio dash section, Cut out and replace left & right cowl sections, Cut out and replace all 6 floor pan sections (3 on each side), Install both front seat riser panels, Cut out and replace trunk side sections to include both drop downs, Cut out and replace both side rocker, section under door and front extensions, Cut out and replace both side rear quarter panels, Patch small holes in tunnel behind shifter hole, Replace sections of frame on both sides near front shock tower, Cut out and replace left rear frame section and Replace inter rear wheel wells

Trunk lid & hinges,Hoods with set of hinges,set of Doors, One bucket seat, Heater, Heater controls, Both interior rear quarter panels, Set of inter front fender splash panels (2 each side), GT grille insert, Front end grille with fender extensions, Hood latch assembly, Rear fender extensions, Front & Rear Bumpers, Set of shocks (KYB Gas-A-Just), mirrors, 2 rear light bezels & lens


New Parts:

GT lights with wiring & switch, Red Arm rests (both sides), Standard glove box door, 2 Heater hoses interior, Weather stripping kit (minus trunk lid weather strip), Headliner, Heater gasket set, Heater plenums and Glove Box and two sets of front seat upholstery kits, one standard red & the 2nd pony interior - red with white inserts.
