1965 Ford Mustang Description

HEAD LIGHTS WORK! TAIL LIGHTS WORK!
TURN SIGNALS WORK! BRAKE LIGHTS WORK!
THE GRILL HORSE DOES LIGHT UP, IT A COOL AFTER MARKET!
WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORK! GAS GAUGE WORKS!
AFTER MARKET RADIO WORKS! SPEEDOMETER WORKS!
HOW IS THE PAINT? Very shinny bright red paint, the body is very straight down the sides, I see no dents, I see no rust bubbles, I see no dings, I see 2 or 3 touched up chips.
HOW IS THE INTERIOR? Very good, seat covers show no wear, no holes, carpet good, door panels good, headliner very nice (no holes and it is tight), dash pad has no cracks.
HOW IS THE ENGINE? It starts good and runs good! Past owner said it was a 289 that had been rebuilt, I hear no knocks, no pings and see no blue smoke. It is detailed very nice with lots of chrome. I has a aluminum 4 barrel intake and a new looking carburetor.
HOW IS THE EXHAUST? Good condition, it has the dual GT style tips out the rear valence panel, it does has a mild Muscle Car sound.
HOW IS THE TRANSMISSION? Its a good shifting C4 automatic, it shifts good. Past owner said it had been rebuilt.
HOW ARE THE BRAKES? Good brakes for the day! Front are disc, rears drums, not power, but they have the dual mater cylinder.
HOW DOES THE CAR DRIVE? To me it drives good for a 1965 Mustang, not power steering.
HOW ARE THE BODY PANELS RUST WISE AND FIT? The doors close good, trunks close a little tight because of new rubber, hood fit is OK, panels standards were not high in the day, its OK for the day, headlight bucket fix is not perfect. The frame rails look very solid, floors panels good, the passenger side has been replaced with flat metal, it does not look as good, but works as good. I consider this a good body!
WHAT IS THE HISTORY? All I can tell you is that I bought it from a dealer friend near Cincinnati.
HOW IS THE CHROME? It all looks great to me.
HOW IS THE GLASS? Clear with no cracks and milky spots.
WHERE IS THE CAR LOCATED? Athens, Tennessee 37303.
