1956 Ford Fairlane Club sedan Description

1956 ford fairlane club sedan. Post car. Clean Orig California car. Suspension set up like a Nostalgic gasser, lifted with springs only no straight axle so it still rides nice. Rebuilt suspension, Engine, brakes. Veh has manual steering and brakes. Originally a Thunderbird 292/4bbl, now has a built .030 over 312, lots of hard to find vintage speed equipment, caddy dual quads, 56 vette fuel sys. And air cleaners. Isky solid cam.Runs real good and sounds pissed off..lol... Paint is a 50yr old lacquer job that has held up remarkably good with just one bad spot on the lower pass. Fender(very high quality panel inc.) See last pics. A few minor bubbles on the trunk lid. Interior is equally as nice and was also done in the late 60's. The frame, floors and trunk are very nice and solid. Not a show car for sure but a great driver that has won a few dozen trophies over the last 8-9 yrs that I've had it. The weak link is the auto. Trans that will eventually need a rebuild, I am going to include a manual pedal assembly and brackets along with a rebuildable 4 speed in nice shape. I have the ft bumper, guards, orig. 4 bbl intake and carb, dist, heating sys. And some extra trim parts. All will be included in a successfully won auction. You can see a quick clip on youtube.. search 1956 ford video 2. Ask any questions, more pics if needed... $500 deposit due within 24 hrs. And full payment within 3 days of auctions close.. There are NO exceptions to this. I will assist in getting it safely loaded for pickup and provide pics of it once loaded.. Reserve is very reasonable and not 20-30k like most 55-56 Fairlanes here on ebay..Thank You
