Unique History of this Bronco:

This exact Bronco was prepared by Ford for Bill Stroppe & Associates to become one of the last Baja Broncos ever produced. The Baja Bronco is by far the most desired early Bronco ever produced. In November of 1975, Bill Stroppe canceled their contract with Ford and Ford was left with roughly 50 Broncos prepped and painted to meet the Bill Stroppe, Baja specifications "Stroppe Prepped”. Only 33 of these Broncos are known tostillexist. They can be identified by the special Domestic Special Order (DSO) code of 763000 located on the VIN tag. These Broncos were distributed to Golden Motors Ford in Golden, Colorado where they were labeled as "Denver Broncos" because the Stroppe colors matched the colors of the Denver Broncos football team. Although this Bronco never made it to become a Baja Bronco, the unique history makes it rare to own and a fun fact for those who like to know the history of antique vehicles.

There is an online registry for the owners of these unique Denver Broncos; currently only 32 Denver Broncos are registered. This Bronco would be number 33.

Where this Bronco spent its life:

This Bronco was built in Detroit, shipped to Colorado then the original owner moved to California in the 80's where it spent the majority of its life before moving to Virginia where it has been garage kept.

Body:

As you may know when buying an Early Bronco you need to pay close attention to the typical trouble rust spots in order to know exactly what you are buying. The pictures that are included within this add highlight these areas.
