1957 Ford Fairlane 500 Description

1957 Ford Fairlane 500 2dr hardtop. 312 ci Thunderbird V8 and 2-spd ford-omatic. Original motor and transmission. Mileage is accurate. This car has been in my family and stored in our climate-controlled facility for the last 30+ years. Runs incredibly well. Underside is rust free and very clean. Body is extremely sharp and believed to have been repainted prior to our ownership. Mechanics are excellent and everything is in working order. There is a small oil leak at the rear main engine seal, which may quit after some driving, but no other leaks are present. Engine is switched over to aviation fuel. It has sat in our building for the last 20 years and was recently running this summer. Check out the enclosed work order, all of which I have performed myself. Interior is excellent condition, with some minor fading to the carpet in the rear window. Car has radial tires on it for driving purposes, which are in excellent condition. Battery is new. Car comes with a new heavy duty car cover. Owner can easily store for the duration of winter, or until pickup is arranged.
