I am selling my 1965 Ford Mustang convertible pony edition (with factory A/C). I bought thevehicle at a farm auction from the previous owner who had it for 30 years. He kept it stored in a garage for the life of the vehicle (as have I).
Engine work done in the last year: oil pan & fuel pump gasket, rear main seal, plug wire set, spark plugs, ignition points, condenser, distributor rotor & cap, head gasket set, timing cover set, carburetor rebuild kit, PCV valve, oil seal, motor mounts, transmission seal kit, anti-freeze, transmission fluid, rotolock valves, heli-coil, the AC drier, clutch, compressor, and belt.
I had seat belts installed.
The following have also been replaced in the last year:
- Convertible roof
- Carpet throughout
- Kick panels
- Tires
- Battery and battery bracket
- Shock absorbers
- Temperature and fuel gauges
- Cooling system (water pump, thermostat, radiator, radiator hoses)
I have invested $8,700 for all of the above in the last year and have receipts to back it up.
As you can see, you could fly into Omaha today and drive this beauty home to wherever you live in this great country! NOTE: the radio does not work, so you would need to bring your own tunes!
Feel free to message me with any questions. Good luck bidding!
