The “Blacktop Bandit” is now ready for the show world but is the show world ready for him? Starting out with one of the most solid (1962) 3 window E/100 econolines out there! The heart of this beast is a new Summitt (302) Ford drop in motor topped off with an edelbrock carb backed up with a new ford (monster) transmission hooked to a ford 9 inch rear end with new 31 spline Moser axels and breathing through custom made zoomie headers! A new aluminum radiator keeps him cool. He rolls on new Cragars and redlines upfront and vintage polished slots on rear with protrac 50’s on rear. And a new disc brake set up brings him to a stop. The bed is rock solid and bed lined. For the interior he’s got 1965 tuck n roll mustang buckets dynamat through out new carpet and custom made headliner. B&M shifter and all new gauges with engine turned dash. For his exterior I put down endless hours of heavy flaked candy gold and candy red retro artwork that I cannot express hw shocking it is in person. I put alot of heart and soul in this truck to give it the look it deserves. The (Blacktop Bandit) has endless details that bring it all together! He’s extremely drivable wipers, gages, and heat all work great. Goes down the highway 75 mph with no problems. He’s turn key and ready to raise hell. I have over $10,000 in drive line receipts and misc. parts that will come with the truck. This does not include paint, body, wheels, tires or interior.
