1962 Ford Falcon Description

1962 Ford Falcon w/ 144cu & 2 speed ford-o-matic.Great little car. Solid body and a great runner. Some patching done on the floor and trunk. No major rust anywhere that I can see.I put a new aftermarket carburetor 2 summers ago. Have drove it as a daily driver the last two summers. Trying to buy a house, otherwise I wouldn't be selling.
Cons:Transmission pan leaks (new gasket included)A Hood hinge is broken
Paint needs redone as it’s faded, has chips, and some peeling
Windshield has deep gouges in it
Cracked exhaust manifold bolt so there is an exhaust leak
Suspension and steering needs rebuilt. Tie rods, ball joints, leaf springs, etc. are all wore out pretty good .As far as I know they are original
