The hand sanded Gibbon body was treated to multiple coats of Harley Davidson Vivid Black and Corvette Sebring Silver paint, then color-sanded and topped with several layers of clear. Beneath the shimmering hood is a GMPP 350 crate engine that's been fortified with a Holley carburetor, an Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold, nice headers, and HEI. Power is sent to a TH350 automatic transmission with a mild shift kit, then back to a smoothed Ford 9" rear end with 3.23 gears. The rock-solid chassis under this gem is a Gibbon proprietary unit with boxed rails, cross-bracing, an integral driveshaft loop, and tubular A-arms with a Mustang II steering rack up front and a rear leaf setup with a lowering kit. Performance coil-over-shocks keep all four corners firmly planted on any road, and a power front disc brake system hauls the car down from speed quickly and safely. Comfort and convenience features include power windows, power remote trunk lid, an Ididit tilt steering column, Vintage Air climate control system, custom leather interior, removable hard top covered with Haartz fabric, VDO gauges, and a Kenwood KDC-MP208 AM/FM/CD/MP3 player with remote control.
